The carefully though-out design of this modern apartment was reflection of our client’s life stage.  Downsizing from a family home, their new apartment was naturally a smaller space but it still needed to accommodate their passions including art, reading, travel and entertaining.  

Opening up the space was crucial to creating the feel of a larger space.  To do so, a light color palette was introduced, some walls were eliminated, and multi-functional spaces were designed to make the residence feel more ample and accommodating for entertaining.  

Their life experiences are beautifully translated in the details of the different art pieces and design details.
